| The Psychl Model | |
The term Psychl is a combining form being the product of psyche (as in the human mind or universal consciousness) and cycle (in the sense that eventually everything will return to its original state). The Psychl model is based on four principles of thought: |
| Layers | Thought exists on numerous levels, or layers |
| Boundaries | The boundary between two layers provides a surface on which thoughts can become focused |
| Focus | Thoughts focused on the boundary generate thoughts in the layer below |
| Recursion | Thoughts generated in the layer below accumulate in the layer above |
These principles can be applied to our current state of being. Your thoughts, accumulated through countless incarnations, have become focused on the boundary (or surface) you perceive as the Earth. What you understand as being “conscious” is interaction within the layer below this boundary. Every organism you interact with in this layer is the product of other thoughts becoming focused as yours have. This interaction generates new thoughts which continue to accumulate in the layers above the boundary. |
